Discord Announcement Channel Updates and Auto Publish

We've made some new changes to how messages sent to Discord announcement channels work and added a new Auto Publish feature for announcement messages.

Calendar Event Filters Added

Chronicle Bot now supports calendar Event Filters, allowing you to select or remove events from being processed based on their titles.

Discord Event Cover Images

Chronicle Bot now supports assigning cover images to your Discord Events from Google Calendar by adding an image URL to your event description.

Localization of Channel Messages

Localization of Chronicle Bot channel messages, reminders, and event summaries has been added with support for German, French, and Spanish.

New Event Link Customization Setting

The new Event Link setting customizes where your reminder and summary title links point to. Now you can link to a Discord Event or a Google Meet.

Discord Voice Channel Events Now Supported

Discord event sync now supports creating Voice Channel events from Google Calendar. Just add a little text to the Location field of your event.

You can now select from two new event summary message layouts. If you have a lot of members in different time zones, this newer alternative may be preferable.

Create Discord Events from Your Google Calendar

Events added to your Google Calendar can now be automatically created in Discord Events. Changes to events are synced to Discord in real-time.

Automatic Google Event Summaries in Discord

Calendar event summaries can be used to provide daily or weekly lists of upcoming events, automatically sent to your Discord channel.

Multiple Calendar Support Added

We've just added support for multiple Google Calendars. You can now organize your events in multiple calendars and pull everything into Discord.

Our Discord verification is complete and the server installation cap has been lifted! Add the bot to your Discord server and give it a try.
