How much does Chronicle Bot Premium cost?
A Premium license is $4.99 per month or $49.90 per year (two months free) for your first Discord server. Pricing is also available in euros (€4.99) and pounds (£4.99). Each additional server license on the same subscription is just $2.50 per month.
Do I pay full price for every server?
No. Your first server license is $4.99/month, and every additional license is $2.50/month. For example, Premium on three servers is $9.99/month total, not $14.97.
Is Chronicle Bot free to use?
Yes. The free version includes one Event Notifier per server with one connected Google Calendar or iCal feed. That includes native Discord Events up to 7 days ahead, a scheduled Reminder searching up to 30 days ahead, a daily or weekly Summary, recurring events, automatic time zone conversion, and an Event Feed that syncs the next 7 days of Discord Events to Google Calendar. A Premium server license starts at $4.99/month or $49.90/year and raises these limits.
What does a Premium license unlock?
Premium raises the limits: unlimited notifiers per server, multiple calendar connections, reminders, summaries, and event filters, reminders searching up to 90 days ahead, Discord Event Sync up to 365 days ahead, Event Feeds with no time limit on how far ahead they sync, custom message templates for reminders and summaries, and early access to new beta features.
How quickly do calendar changes appear in Discord?
Google Calendar sends Chronicle Bot push notifications, so Google Calendar changes are processed in real time on both plans. iCal/ICS feeds require polling: Free servers refresh them every 12 hours, while Premium servers refresh them every hour.
Is the license per user or per server?
Licenses are per Discord server. One Premium license covers everyone in that server. There are no per-member or per-admin charges. You choose which of your servers each license is assigned to, and you can move a license to a different server from the dashboard .
How do I upgrade, manage, or cancel?
Sign in to the Chronicle Bot dashboard with your Discord account and subscribe from the Premium page . Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal and retain access through the paid period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable , although requests may be considered case by case.
